Abstract
Human language is the most content - related information media, and language technology (LT) tools, which deal with natural language processing, are capable to drastically raise the quality of patent information processing. However, human language and especially the language of patents is the most difficult information carrier, which makes the development of LT tools extremely difficult. The presentation reports on a comprehensive LT kit for multipurpose patent analysis that can be used for automated indexing, information retrieval, examination, validation, translation, etc., by both machines and human experts.
