Abstract
What have we learned about the evolution of IP management over the past decade, and how has that affected the ways in which operating companies now manage their IP, as different from how they did it ten years ago.
Speaker Biography
Dr. Patrick H. Sullivan is an expert on extracting value from intangibles and is considered to be one of the leading conceptual thinkers in the field. He has pioneered the development of methods and practices for analyzing, valuing and managing intangibles as business assets. He has consulted with over 100 organizations on managing and extracting value from intangibles. He is a founding partner of ICMG, a consulting company focused on managing intellectual capital to maximize value. He was the founding Chairman of the L.E.S. Intellectual Capital Management Committee and the LESI Intellectual Asset Reporting Committee. He is a member of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Licensing Section, and a Fellow of the American Council on Education. He is a regular author of published articles on intellectual capital management; and has published four books on intangibles management, measurement and valuation.
